Every drone, even hobby ones, requires an exemption approved by the TCT Ministry (legal basis: Article 16 of the 2002 Civil Aviation Safety and Security Act). The hobby application requires: a request letter, drone specifications, a colour copy of a valid ID, and a civil registry extract no older than 3 months.
