Fiji
Oceania
Fiji regulates drones through the CAAF. Recreational (personal-use) flying still requires online registration; the maximum altitude is 200 feet (61 m), well below the 120 m standard used in many other countries.
Zones to avoid
Forbidden within 3 km of a domestic aerodrome and 5 km of an international aerodrome. Forbidden to fly over government or sensitive sites (police stations, military bases, prisons, hospitals, Parliament), national parks, protected areas, public gatherings and sporting events. Under 2 kg: at least 30 m from people, vehicles and buildings; above 2 kg stricter requirements apply. Always within direct visual line of sight, unless specifically approved.
What isn't 100% confirmed yet
No insurance requirement is stated for recreational use on the official page consulted (required only for commercial operations).
