Forbidden to fly over towns, congested areas or gatherings without authorization. Forbidden near State House, prisons, military infrastructure, telecom infrastructure, power lines and fuel storage. Night flying forbidden, as is flying under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Dropping items or hazardous substances forbidden.
